H&O client awarded summary judgment in civil rights case

On November 20, 2009, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas granted summary judgment in favor of a defendant represented by Jeff Bullins. The civil rights case revolved, in part, around issues of Eighth Amendment liability, qualified immunity and alleged deliberate indifference in failing to provide medical treatment when the risks of serious complications from such treatment were as high as fifty percent.
