Jury find in favor of H&O client in Coumadin case

On March 4, 2010, a jury rendered a verdict in favor of an H&O client in a lawsuit alleging that a heathcare provider's failure to administer Coumadin caused a stroke and, ultimatley, the death of a patient. The case was tried by Larry Logback. The defense uniquely focused on issues of causation and damages.
