Kurt's practice focuses on a variety of fields, including banking, creditor/debtor rights, mechanic's liens, construction litigation, land use litigation, business transactions, bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. His clients include a geographically and commercially diverse set of industries, from banks, general contractors, subcontractors, creditors and lenders, to small and large business owners, land use developers and individuals. Other than general banking-related and construction-related litigation, Kurt particularly specializes in legal issues related to the Uniform Commercial Code, mechanic's lien enforcement, product warranties, securitization, conditions of sales contracts, insolvency and payment issues for both individual and corporate clients. Kurt practices in the federal and state courts of Kansas and Missouri.
