Tucker's practice is concentrated in litigation, including medical malpractice defense, personal injury defense, employment litigation, and business litigation. Tucker obtained his initial litigation experience in the Johnson County District Attorney's Office before beginning his career in civil litigation. Before joining Holbrook & Osborn, Tucker practiced at a well-respected civil litigation firm in Wichita, Kansas. Tucker draws upon his range of litigation experience to find creative approaches to address his clients' needs. Tucker's practice is concentrated in Kansas and Missouri.
